E-PAD Leadership Development Training: Honoring the Gurus Who Guide Us

At Canpac, growth is not just measured in numbers — it’s reflected in the mindset, vision, and leadership we cultivate within our people. In line with this belief, we organized the E-PAD Leadership Development Training Program in 2018 — a thoughtful initiative designed to empower our team with leadership insights and a growth-driven mindset.

Coinciding beautifully with the sentiments of Teacher’s Day, the training was more than just a session — it became a platform to reflect, learn, and express gratitude. The session reminded us of our school days, when we celebrated the mentors who shaped our early years. As professionals, the role of a “Guru” evolves — today, it may be a manager, a colleague, a business leader, or even a life experience that challenges and inspires us.

The E-PAD session helped participants identify the qualities of effective leadership, understand how to inspire teams, and most importantly, recognize the mentors in their own lives who have helped them take their next step forward — no matter how big or small.

As we continue our professional journeys, we carry forward this simple yet powerful takeaway:
