Prioritizing Safety: Fire & Safety Training Conducted at Canpac Plant
At Canpac, the safety and well-being of our employees is a top priority — and that commitment was reinforced through a comprehensive Fire & Safety Training program organized in collaboration with the AMC–Bavla Fire Station.
The training session, conducted plant-wide, was designed to educate and empower employees on fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and safe response protocols. As part of the initiative, a live mock drill was conducted, demonstrating the proper use of various fire safety instruments and evacuation procedures.
The training also covered a wide range of daily precautionary measures and best practices tailored to our work environment, aiming to reduce fire risks and enhance on-ground safety awareness.
With close to 400 employees actively participating, the session proved to be both insightful and impactful — ensuring that each team member is better prepared to act swiftly and safely in case of emergencies.
At Canpac, we believe that a well-informed workforce is a safer one. This training reaffirms our proactive approach to building a culture of safety, responsibility, and awareness across all levels of our organization.
